What happens after 90 days?

Your plan is complete. Many people find their new routines are self-sustaining by then. If you'd like to continue receiving daily messages and new experiments from Eve, you can subscribe for $14.99/month.

How is the program delivered?

Eve sends you a message every morning via WhatsApp (or SMS in the US), along with a voice note so you can listen instead of reading. Your daily experiment, anchors, and check-ins all arrive in your messages. No app to download.

Can I talk to Eve?

Yes. You can text Eve anytime and she'll reply. You can also send her voice notes, and she'll send voice notes back. For a deeper conversation, tap the link Eve sends you to talk — it opens right in your browser. She knows your plan, your progress, and your preferences.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. You can request a refund through your Paddle receipt email, or contact us at [email protected] and we'll help. This is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
